 Only registered educational consultants or organizations operating in India are eligible to become AjentLink B2B partners.

2. Partner Responsibilities
 You agree to provide accurate and verified student information during visa application.
 You must ensure that all documentation submitted is genuine and free of any fraudulent information.
 You are responsible for guiding your students about university offerings and visa processes ethically.

3. AjentLink’s Role
 AjentLink acts as a facilitator between B2B partners and international universities for study visa processing. We assist with application review, communication with universities, and visa advisory support.

4. Application Handling
 AjentLink reserves the right to reject any application that does not meet eligibility criteria or contains incomplete or false information.

5. Commission and Payouts
 Commission structure will be shared via official email or contract.
 Commissions are payable only after visa approval and fee deposit confirmation.
 TDS and applicable taxes will be deducted as per Indian laws.

6. Termination
 AjentLink reserves the right to suspend or terminate your partnership account in case of:
 Fraudulent practices
 Misuse of platform
 Violation of terms or legal obligations

7. Limitation of Liability
 AjentLink shall not be held liable for:
 Rejections from embassy or university
 Any financial loss arising due to misinformation by the partner

8. Amendments
 AjentLink reserves the right to change or modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website and take effect immediately.

9. Governing Law
 These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction in Sirsa,Haryana, India.
